The QD2 4.0 Alpha is a medium size Balanced quad rear with a Ride Number of 6.5. Alpha's C6 composite material is carbon and air infused making it lighter than Honeycomb. The responsive flex characteristics of C6 combine with the neutral QD2 template and symetrical foil make this set ideal for pairing with your favorite front fins, creating the ideal Quad option. All Alpha products are designed and manufactured exclusively in Huntington Beach, California.
Futures Fins
Future Fins began in a garage in California in 1996. Backed by industry leaders with over 50 years of surfboard building experience, the Longo brothers were able to use their engineering backgrounds to create products involving something they were passionate about, Surfing. Today our passion for surfing and our commitment remains the same, and since we are a family owned business we are much more concerned with impressing you, the board-rider, than any board member.
