Polar Skate Co is a skateboarding brand born out of Malmo, Sweden. The brand, originally started as a skate crew, has created an original brand image for itself since launching in 2011. Ever since their birth, the brand has gone from strength to strength, each collection embodies their core values in it: skateboarding culture and original graphics. Their inspiration donned from skateboarding culture shines through, particularly from the cut of their denim and work pants; popularised by skaters such as Mark Gonzales in the 90’s. They’ve collaborated with brands such as Carhartt WIP and Converse to produce limited runs of apparel, hardware and footwear, which has been adopted by skaters and streetwear enthusiasts alike. If you're familiar with some of the graphics on their shirts, then you'll be pleased to know that Pontus Alv, the brands founder, draws them all himself!
