Roam - Longboard Day Light 9'2 Cover

The Roam Daylight bag has features not usually found on lighter weight surfboard bags. Our Daylight features 5mm high density padding throughout, heat reflective material outside and wax resistant material inside. The handle is a generous padded carry handle and the strap is buckle free and removable for travelling. The zip is much longer than most other bags, extending up to the handle on one side, so removing waxy surfboards is easy. Tail darts enable boards to be stashed with or without fins.
These are great boardbags for daily use. Plus, we always put our boards in these inside a Roam coffin bag for extra padding and to have a Daylight boardbag for daily use when you get there. Roam board bags are cut longer so a bag will fit the surfboard that it is labelled for. ie a 6’8 Roam bag will fit any size up to and including 6’8. The cut is slightly wider in the tail than our Tech bag so you can chuck in a wetsuit or put your surfboard in a Roam board sock for extra protection.

Roam Surf Accessories - det startet med Roam Boardbags. Vi ønsket en bedre surfebrettbag. Vi trengte en boardbag som diskret kunne lagre 2 brett (eller 3!) i én bag. Vi ville ha mer surfebrett-polstring men mindre vekt. Vi trengte en lomme og en ekstra stroppeløkke. Og mer holdbare yttersider, og voksbestandige innersider. Og plass til våtdrakt, håndkle og surfe-reiseutstyr. Og en bag som faktisk var litt bredere og lengre enn brettet det er merket for (slik at du alltid kan få din groveller og step-up inn der). Roam-bagen var designet for å ta med på tur.
Som alle de beste ideene kom den fra en surfetur (derav navnet - Roam betyr å reise). Så vi laget en surfebrettbag og dro på en annen surfetur. Design, test, reise, surf og gjenta, til vi fikk det riktig.
Deretter tok vi samme tilnærming til tail pads, surfebrett leasher, finner og tak pads og finjusterte alle delene vi trengte og forenklet der vi kunne. Fjernet fuss, gjorde dem enkle, men effektive. Og alltid med tanke på surfetur - tur testet utstyr du kan stole på.
